Welcome

We often lose sight of what is most important in life. It is easy to get caught up and consumed with the cares and worries of the world. It is important that we realize that our lives in this world are temporary.

  • What is truly important?

  • Accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord & Savior and allowing him to guide you will result in a great release and fresh start in your life.

  • Changing Your Life

    Matthew 11:29
    Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me;
    for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

  • It is easy to get caught up and consumed by the worries of the world.
    It is important to take a step back and realize that this world is only the beginning.
    Considering eternity this world is very temporary.
    Every person needs to grasp the understanding of what is really important.

    Philippians 4:7
    And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding,
    shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

  • Living a life knowing that your name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life
    will make things on this earth seem not to matter as much as before.
    God knows that we have needs and concerns in life,
    but always seek God first.

  • Matthew 6:33
    But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness;
    and all these things shall be added unto you.

  • Accepting Jesus as Your
    Lord and Savior

    Say a prayer asking Jesus to come into your life,
    forgive you for your sins and guide you in His will. Confess that Jesus is Lord
    and that you believe He came to earth, died for us and arose from the grave.

    Romans 10:9-10
    9) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
    and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
    thou shalt be saved.
    10) For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness;
    and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

    Truly believe this and accept that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.
    Jesus gives us life that will never end; most importantly, life with him.

    It's as simple as Believing in Jesus!

    Matthew 10:32-33
    32) Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men,
    him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.
    33) But whosoever shall deny me before men,
    him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

    Romans 14:11
    For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me,
    and every tongue shall confess to God.

  • It is important to nurture your relationship with God. Pray often, talk to God and
    ask for his guidance. God is always with us and will always hear his children.
    Seek to follow his commandments and his will, read the bible.
    The Holy Spirit will guide you in the way you should go.

  • God's Promises

    John 3:16
    For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
    that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

    Romans 10:9
    That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe
    in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

    John 3:36
    He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life:
    and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life;
    but the wrath of God abideth on him.

    John 4:14
    But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst;
    but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well
    of water springing up into everlasting life.

    1 Corinthians 2:9
    But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard,
    neither have entered into the heart of man,
    the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

  • Reflection

    None of us are perfect.

    Jesus is the only man who walked the earth, as each of us do, that is perfect; the Son of God made flesh.

    The rest of us depend on his grace and forgiveness.

    We can, however, live a life in the manner that Jesus directs us. Though we have his love and forgiveness, we need to strive to walk in the path that he has given us.

    Titus 2:11-14
    11) For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
    12) Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
    13) Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
    14) Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

    Matthew 7:13-14
    13) Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
    14) Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

    Ecclesiastes 12:13
    Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

    Quotes

  • Who is God?

    John 4:24
    God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

    John 1:1-5
    In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

  • God is the creator of the universe. He is the creator of mankind. He has a much larger purpose for us than we know. This life is only the beginning for his children.

  • The Way We Live

    John 13:34
    A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another;
    as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
